One US Chess-rated game every Sunday afternoon, completely free for CCC members. This is a great way for players to get weekly rated practice.

EVENT TIME

Game Begins: 3:30pm

REQUIREMENTS

• Participants must be members of the US Chess Federation

• Participants must be members of the CCC

• Players in grades K-8 must be rated over 500

• K-8 players rated under 500 (or unrated) – See Monday Action Quads event

HOW IT WORKS

• Players must register weekly and in advance using the online registration system

• Each Sunday will be limited to the first 42 players to register

• SAC registration will close at 3:00pm if not already full

• Once spots are filled, players may email events@charlottechesscenter.org to be placed on the waitlist.

• Players who score 3.5 points out of 4 will win a free quad entry

TIME CONTROL

G/60 + 10

Each player receives 60 minutes plus a 10 second increment to complete the game.
